A revitalizing yet calming Hatha Yoga class to help any body relax and release the day’s work. Join us for an all-levels class that offers graduated movement and deeply restorative postures to help repair, release, and renew your body and mind. Angelina has been teaching yoga for 11 years, and she strives to teach meditative, safety-focused yoga classes with the particular needs of each individual student in mind. Classes begin April 9 and run weekly until the end of June.

May 14-June 18, and July 9-August 13, 2019

For the first time in Kingston bellydance with Angelina at the Queens ARC! Open to all levels, especially beginners, this class will teach you the basic skills and techniques of Bellydancing in a fun and supportive environment, while providing a great cardio workout, building your core strength, and improving your coordination. Bellydancing will introduce you to a whole new world of movement, music, and fun! Queens will run 2 6-week sessions this Spring and Summer – you can register with Queens right away, and secure your spot for our first class on May 14!
